Tea.
Tea can be sweet or unsweet, it can have lemon or other flavors, it doesn't make me jump off the walls hyper, its a great thing to have to a side of a meal
it is good hot or cold.
Coffee is bitter, and it gives to much caffeen, and it is terrible when its hot, but OK when its cold/iced/mixed with icecream
