Nah. Let them rot in prison, forever living in misery over what they have done. The undeniable regret and guilt causes more pain then death.

Let them stay in prison. Did you know, it cost more money to get someone executed? They have to go through a series of appeals and documents not to mention the actual "last meal". I would have said for it, but to me it doesn't solve anything. Prison is more of a punishment than death really.

Life in prison. But, if they do not get life, give them the death penalty. All this bullshit about rehab is just that really. I'm just speaking about our laws, because America is a shitload stricter, but here, I think murder can get you around 20 years. I haven't really heard of anyone getting life in prison in the last few years. Which is total crap. If a murder gets 20 years and he's like 20, how is that fair to anyone? Once he gets out, there is nothing from stopping him doing it again. Same with rapists and paedophiles.

I Think Murder should be death penalty, cause basically its really Payback.

But other then that i think that it should not be legalized

In some cases it should be legalized, in some cases it shouldn't.

Some people are too dangerous to be kept alive, I'm all for most people sitting in jail and rotting there, but some, as long as they're alive, they're still dangerous, I know all criminals are, but some just need to gotten rid of, Saddam Hussein for example.

You also have to think of all the people who have been wrongfully committed of crimes they did not do. There has been several cases were someone was sent to jail for life and new evidence shows up that proves them to be guilty. If you have things like "Murder = Death" that guy would have been dead when he would have been innocent.

I don't think there is any reason why we should be able to take someone's life. A lot of people change their lives in prison as well. Almost all the people who participated in the Manson murders have turned to Jesus Christ as their savior and regret ever committing the acts. People grow up and change and realize things, a lot of crimes are committed under some type of influence or out of rage.
