Billy Joel
Discuss here. I think he's great, but I expect to be torn apart by a rapper fan and a Nickelback fan again.

Re: Billy Joel
Wrong, Billy joel is a great artist. I was unlucky not to see him live and i would of loved to. My favourite songs would have to be "We Didnt Start The Fire" and "Piano Man".

Re: Billy Joel
Billy Joel is one hell of an artist. One of my favourites. Unfortunately I have yet to see him live, but my Mum did, when he did the Face-To-Face tour with Elton John, and said they were both amazing. And from the live performances I have on DVD of his(from Garth Brooks : Live In Central Park, Garth & Billy together = amazing), I can't say I'm surprised.
Favourite songs would be Piano Man, New York State Of Mind, and You May Be Right.
His best album by far is definitely Piano Man

Re: Billy Joel
He has one of the best voices that I have ever heard.
I like "Stranger", "Goodnight Saigon" and "It's Still Rock and Roll to Me".
I think Barbra's cover of "New York State Of Mind" could be better than Billy's, but I do really like the way he sings it.

Re: Billy Joel
Billy Joel is one of my all time favorites. I don't know the most about him and I don't listen to him as much as I do some other artists, but with the exception of "Uptown Girl" I never met a Billy Joel song I got sick of and don't like. "You're Only Human (Second Wind)" is one of my favorites. My main favorites are "It's Still Rock and Roll to Me" and "For The Longest Time". "Piano Man", "We didn't start the fire", and "I Go to the Extremes" are other great Joel tracks. Although, I wouldn't list "I Go to the Extremes" as great as Piano Man.
